Rhonda is the Director of Nursing at Lincolnshire Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. She has worked in the long term care industry for over 20 years; ranging in positions from unit manager, staff development, and wound nurse. She has a passion for Alzheimer’s care, and her background includes Restorative Nursing as well as Dementia management. Rhonda is married with two children, and has been a lifelong resident of Northwest Indiana.
