Lincolnshire Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is proud to have Fadi Alzeidan, MD as the Medical Director. Dr. Alzeidan has been the Medical Director at Lincolnshire since 2010. He is board certified in Family Medicine. His subspecialties include geriatric medicine, hospice and palliative medicine, and preventative medicine. He received his medical degree from the University of Damascus and has been practicing medicine for the last 25 years. In 2014, Dr. Alzeidan received the Patients’ Choice Award. Dr. Alzeidan is affiliated with Methodist Northlake and Methodist Southlake Hospitals.
