My Healthcare career started in 2009 when I graduated from Virginia College with a Degree in Medical Billing & Coding. After a few years of working in the Hospital setting, I had a desire to be more involved with patients and their families, as they transitioned to Facilities. The change of career has been a true blessing for me. As the Director of Admissions and Marketing, I have the opportunity to be the first point of contact with the Hospital and Families, helping them feel a sense of comfort during what can be a difficult transition. Helping families and residents understand this process gives me a complete sense of pride. It is wonderful to be a part of the Extended Care Family and I look forward to assisting you and yours to become a part of our family as well.e student.
